The Mission of The McAlister Enterprise is to globally provide workshops and events for teens, entrepreneurs, corporations and other entities that will provoke action to change and modify present mindsets through workshops, events, classes, and coaching programs.

 

 

Company Goals and Objectives: 

 

The McAlister Enterprise began in St. Louis, Missouri. However, the goal of The McAlister Enterprise is to become a globally recognized organization. The Objective is to grow Rhonda?s Workshops & Events into a full service company equipped with the talents needed to nurture it from where it is today from a sole proprietorship into a Limited Liability Corporation with employees and partnerships.

Business Philosophy: 

The most important aspect of The McAlister Enterprise is to create a SHIFT in the mindsets of its clients and customers that inspires a change in their current behaviors. From the teen mom to the executive, we aim to make a difference.
The McAlister Enterprise is intended to attract men, women, and entrepreneurs between the ages of 30-55. The business has expanded to workshops for teen and welfare to work programs and conferences for women; real estate wholesaling; vendor conferences; online courses; international teleconference; online boutique for plus sized women; tax services and more.
One of the greatest strength of the organization is Rhonda's Workshops & Events and the passion and the love for the art of speaking and teaching that is embodied in Rhonda. The mission, goals, and objectives of this business will succeed because Rhonda's is always learning and fine tuning her skills. Rhonda's has an associate's degree in Accounting and she also attended National-Louis University to achieve her B.S. Degree in Business Management. The lingo that comes with entrepreneurship is also not a stranger to Rhonda who was a realtor for a moderate number of years before starting Rhonda's Workshops & Events.
